This year's Craft Fair will take place on Sunday, December 5, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Perry Hall High School, 4601 Ebenezer Road, Nottingham, MD 21236.
Advance reservations are required to participate. Please review the requirements, rules, and regulations for participation prior to reserving your location.
In addition to the December 5 Craft Fair, our PTSA is partnering to provide an online Craft Fair that will run from November 25 until December 31, 2021. You need not participate in the December 5 Craft Fair to be a part of the online Craft Fair.
We encourage the participation of artists and crafters. The majority of items sold are handcrafted items. Although, we permit the participation of certain direct-sales companies. No flea market items are allowed.
Please review our Vendors Participation Terms & Conditions prior to applying for our Craft Fair and registering for your location.
Spaces range in size from small to extra-large and are available in both the high school gym and cafeteria. Prices start at $40. View the floor plan before choosing your location. As with our last craft fair, the 2019 event, shoppers will enter through the school's main entrance, go through the cafeteria and then down to the gym prior to exiting through the Fine Arts Lobby, assuring that all vendors receive the same amount of shopping traffic.
Locations are available on a first come/first serve basis. Applications will be accepted until all spots are filled. Vendors will choose and reserve their location via the "Reserve Your Location" menu link on this website and pay via PayPal or credit card. A limited number of tables and chairs also are available to rent for the day.
Once you reserve and pay for your location, we will review your application to make sure the products you plan to sell are appropriate per
our terms and conditions, or in the case of a direct-sales company, that we have not already accepted another seller from the same company. Our Craft Fair Coordinators will confirm your acceptance as a vendor via email. If for some
reason your vendor request is denied, you will be notified by email, and your payment will be refunded to you.
As the Craft Fair nears, we will be in touch
about how you can rent tables and chairs if you did not do so when reserving your location. We also will be in touch about lunch options for vendors who would like to order in advance for delivery to their location.
A few days before the Craft Fair, we will tell you when you can arrive to set up your area, what entrance you are assigned, and how you should
enter the building. It is very important that you check your email frequently over the next several weeks for updates regarding these items and any policy changes coming from the school, Baltimore County Public Schools, Baltimore County and the State of Maryland that could affect the Craft Fair as policies remain in flux because of the pandemic.
In 2020, because of the pandemic, Perry Hall High School PTSA's annual Winter Arts & Craft Fair moved online. This year, we are partnering to again provide an online marketplace for sellers who would like to sell their crafts from November 25 to December 31, 2021. All those who reserve a location at our Craft Fair will be contacted about this option and a reduced online vendor registration fee.
Registration for the online Craft Fair marketplace will open in early October. Details will be shared with everyone on the PTSA's Vendor Interest list.
Should COVID-19 cause the PTSA to cancel the December 5 Craft Fair, all vendors who purchased a spot at the Craft Fair, will be given the opportunity to either have their reservation fee refunded, or apply a portion of it toward registration for the online Craft Fair marketplace.
Thank you for your interest in Perry Hall High School PTSA's Winter Arts & Crafts Fair. If you have questions in advance of your location selection, please send us a note.
