TELL US ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS
In order to maintain the quality of our Craft Fair and to assure the items sold are appropriate for a PTA organization, we require all participants to complete and submit a Vendor Application. If you completed the form on the page where you selected your location, you do not need to complete this form too! You only need to complete this form if you did not complete that one at the time of your space reservation.
Your participation in our Craft Fair will be confirmed after we receive payment for your location and your Vendor Application has been reviewed. You will receive a personalized email from our Craft Fair Coordinators letting you know of your acceptance. If you have a question about our process, please visit the Vendor Info tab or send an email to craft.fair@phhsptsa.org.
